Cancellations
You may cancel your purchase within a 24 hour timeframe of submitting your order. Due to high volume and the personalization of products we cannot accept cancellations after this 24 hour grace period.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of the products, mostly being customized and personalized, we have a strict no returns policy. However, If you have any issues or you are not completely satisfied with your product reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the order (delivery date). We will do everything in our power to ensure that you are completely satisfied.
The Bubbly Mermaid Customs will not be held responsible for damage done within shipping, or due to customer negligence of product. All products come with a care card on how to handle and clean products.
Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please reach out to us at stephanie@thebubblymermaid.co we will do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. In some cases if you purchase a product that is not customized or personalized we can issue an exchange for something different at the same price value.
Shipping
We can ship anywhere that is serviced by the USPS or UPS. Note that there are some restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped internationally.
NOTE: International shipping, customers are responsible for any duty or custom fees that may incur during shipping. The Bubbly Mermaid, cannot and will not be held financially responsible for any of these extra fees.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Currently, the turn around time is 15 business days. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipping will occur no later than 15 business days of a processed order. This does not include weekends or holidays, or any order after 8pm CST weekdays.
Any item that is listed as RTS or ready-to-ship within 4 business days after processed order.
